Tata Steel just dropped a bridge-building bombshell - India's infra just leveled up!

Tata Steel has signed an MoU with Australia's InQuik Group to roll out modular bridge systems across India using InQuik's award-winning prefabricated technology. The partnership combines Tata Steel's manufacturing capabilities with InQuik's ready-to-install bridge designs that use steel moulds filled with concrete on-site.

This technology enables faster, cost-effective bridge construction compared to traditional methods, crucial for connecting India's remote villages and towns with poor infrastructure. The initiative supports India's push for stronger transport connectivity and addresses challenges in remote areas where heavy equipment access is limited.

For Tata Steel, this represents a strategic shift toward comprehensive construction solutions beyond steel manufacturing, while InQuik gains entry into India's growing infrastructure market.
