India’s LARGEST tea café just opened in Hyderabad, you won’t believe the size!

Café Niloufer has launched India’s largest tea café in Hitech City, spread across 40,000 sq ft in Tower 2 of the Orbit Building, with seating for over 700 guests. The grand opening, attended by IT Minister D Sridhar Babu, introduced the two-tonne “Niloufer’s Kettle of Love” installation—a centerpiece celebrating the café’s rich legacy.

The new outlet offers multi‑level dining: the spacious second floor is dedicated to private events and corporate gatherings, while outdoor seating provides an alfresco experience amid Hyderabad's IT hub. The menu combines signature items like Bun Muska, Malai Bun, Osmania biscuits, and Kunafa cheesecakes with healthy millet-based dishes and hearty rice combos. Additionally, the launch featured the “Niloufer Supreme” tea powder blend made from premium Assam leaves—part of a broader tea-and-biscuit production expansion to generate over 600 local jobs.

Online chatter reflects a mix of pride and critique: Redditors appreciate the quality, especially Bun Muska and chai—> "tea taste is normal … but bun maska is GOOD"—yet they note premium pricing. Others highlight its appeal as a lifestyle venue—"purpose … networking or meeting is easy and convenient".

Café Niloufer’s Hitech City outlet redefines tea culture with a mammoth space, immersive experiences, culinary variety, and social ambience—all while igniting conversations about value and identity.
