Energize your day with this 10-minute home workout, designed by Changi Sports Medicine Centre’s physiotherapists.

Perfect for all ages, especially office workers, this routine combines cardio, stretching, and strength exercises to boost energy, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. Modify for seniors or medical conditions as needed.

Workout Routine:

  • Jumping Jacks: 1 minute of cardio to raise heart rate (seniors: brisk walking).

  • Pectoral Stretch: Pull shoulders back for 20 seconds to relieve tension and improve posture.
