Mango, often called the "king of fruits," is not just delicious but also packed with numerous health benefits.

Rich in vitamins A, C, E, K, and B-complex, mangoes help in boosting the immune system by promoting white blood cell production. They contain mangiferin, a powerful antioxidant that reduces inflammation, protects the liver, and even supports heart health by lowering bad cholesterol and relaxing blood vessels.

Mangoes also aid in digestion due to their fiber content and the enzyme amylase, which helps break down nutrients. They may prevent gastritis and ulcers by reducing stomach acid and inflammation. Moreover, polyphenols in mangoes help manage blood sugar and may even have anti-cancer properties.
