BREAKING: ISI sleeper cells arrested in Delhi by Delhi police!

In a covert operation conducted between January and March 2025, the Delhi Police, in coordination with central intelligence agencies, dismantled a suspected ISI sleeper cell operating within the capital. Two agents, including a Nepali origin operative identified as Ansarul Mian Ansari, were arrested. The breakthrough came after the agents, believed to have ties with the Islamic State, were found possessing sensitive documents related to India’s armed forces.

Ansari was nabbed from a Delhi hotel and later revealed he was recruited while working as a cab driver in Qatar, where he met an ISI handler. Following the operation, a chargesheet was filed in May, and both suspects are now imprisoned in Tihar Jail.

This discovery has raised alarms over cross border espionage and the use of unsuspected civilian fronts, including foreign workers, to infiltrate national security frameworks.

This is a developing story. Keep checking for updates.
