Prasidh Krishna reveals the Game-changing power of timing your focus!

In a candid conversation during a recent media interaction, Team India fast bowler Prasidh Krishna opened up about the mental discipline required to thrive in international cricket. Reflecting on his return from injury and evolving role as a strike bowler, Krishna said, "It's important to know when to switch on."

He emphasized that maintaining focus isn’t about being intense all the time, but about conserving energy and staying mentally fresh between overs. "In high-pressure games, your ability to stay calm and time your intensity can change outcomes", Krishna explained.

The young pacer, known for his sharp bounce and pace, has been an emerging asset in India’s bowling arsenal, especially in limited-overs formats. His journey through injuries and comebacks has taught him the value of mental clarity and self-awareness, traits he believes are essential for young cricketers.

Krishna’s philosophy serves as a reminder that in elite sport, success is not just about skill, but also about switching on at the right moment.
