WhatsApp is levelling up its personalization game! The platform has introduced an exciting AI-powered feature that allows users to create custom chat wallpapers using simple text prompts. This feature, currently rolling out to iOS and Android beta users, is powered by Meta AI and can be accessed through the "Create with AI" option in the wallpaper settings.

Users can enter a short description, and the AI will generate multiple unique backgrounds to choose from. Options can be swiped through, edited using the Make Changes button, and even optimized for dark mode. However, early users note that very specific requests (like exact colors) may not always be met perfectly.

That’s not all-WhatsApp is also developing a threaded replies feature for better message organization. Especially useful in busy group chats, this system will allow users to track replies more efficiently, similar to Apple iMessage.

With these updates, WhatsApp is clearly moving towards smarter, more personalized, and user-friendly communication for its billions of users worldwide.
