In a deeply disturbing case, a man in Jaipur has been arrested for allegedly raping his two minor daughters over a period of several years. The crime came to light after a hidden-camera counselling session revealed the abuse, prompting swift action from authorities.

According to police officials, the mother of the victims was aware of the ongoing abuse but did not report it out of fear of social stigma. During a counselling session organised by a local NGO, she admitted to witnessing her husband’s actions on multiple occasions. The session was secretly recorded, and the footage was later handed over to the police.

The accused has been charged under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code. Medical examinations confirmed the sexual abuse, and the accused has been remanded to judicial custody.

The two minor girls are now receiving medical attention and psychological support. Child protection officials have assured that further steps are being taken to ensure their safety and rehabilitation.
