Gurugram tennis player Radhika Yadav shot dead by father!

A horrifying incident unfolded on July 10, 2025, in Gurugram’s Sector 57, where 25‑year‑old Radhika Yadav, a state-level tennis player, was shot dead by her father inside their home at around 10:30 am. According to police reports, he fired three consecutive bullets at her during a domestic altercation.

Radhika was rushed to a private hospital in critical condition but succumbed to her injuries during treatment. Authorities from the Sector 56 police station were alerted by hospital staff and confirmed her father’s involvement.

While the exact motive behind the crime is still under investigation, initial findings suggest long-standing family issues. The case has sparked shock across the city, especially in the sports community, where Radhika was seen as a promising talent.
