For teens aged 13-15, the focus should be on bodyweight exercises, flexibility, and building healthy habits rather than heavy lifting. This helps prevent injuries and lays a strong fitness foundation.
Between 16-18 years, the body is stronger and more mature, allowing for structured strength training combined with cardio and flexibility exercises. Proper technique and safety remain essential.
Adults aged 20 and above can start gym workouts confidently, but it’s important to consult a doctor first. Regardless of age, prioritizing health, balanced workouts, and a good diet is key.
Remember, don’t rush into fitness just because of social media hype. Take your time, listen to your body, and build a sustainable routine for lifelong wellness.
