RCB's Yash Dayal booked in Jaipur for raping minor over two years!

According to the police complaint filed at Sanganer Sadar Police Station, the survivor - now 19 years old - accused Dayal of sexually assaulting her multiple times over the last two years, starting when she was 17. The two allegedly met during a cricket trial in 2023. The complaint states that Dayal emotionally manipulated the girl under the pretext of helping her cricket career, promising support and guidance while allegedly exploiting her sexually.

One of the reported incidents took place at a hotel in Jaipur’s Sitapura area during the 2025 IPL season. The FIR includes charges under the POCSO Act (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

This is the second such case filed against Dayal. Earlier in July, another FIR was registered in Ghaziabad, where a woman accused him of sexual assault and physical violence. In that case, the Allahabad High Court granted him interim relief from arrest.

Police are currently investigating the new charges by collecting hotel records, digital communication, medical evidence, and CCTV footage. No official statement has been issued yet by RCB or the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
