In a refreshingly personal LinkedIn post, Garima Tiwari calls out boAt Lifestyle for overlooking a real, everyday design struggle: the chaos of juggling jhumkas, earbuds, glasses, and sometimes even a mask - all on one pair of ears.
Frustrated but inspired, she took matters into her own hands. Garima designed a product specifically for girls like her - something both practical and pretty. With the help of Sora by OpenAI, she sketched, refined, and polished her solution, proving that great ideas don’t always come from R&D labs - they can come from lived experience and user pain points.
If she were boAt’s social media manager, she says she’d proudly launch this product on Diwali - a nod to both festive sparkle and female-focused functionality. Her post isn't just a critique, it’s a bold pitch for inclusive, empathetic design in lifestyle tech.
