The victim was waiting for a ride when a man allegedly a local stationery shop owner approached and inappropriately touched her. The girl alerted nearby residents immediately, prompting them to inform the police.
Law enforcement responded swiftly and arrested the accused, identified as Rakesh Kumar. A case was registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, and a full investigation is currently underway.
