McDonald’s employee ranted about manager before fatal stabbing!

In a shocking incident at an Eastpointe, Michigan McDonald’s on July 10, 2025, 26‑year‑old employee Afeni Muhammad allegedly stabbed her manager, 39‑year‑old Jennifer Harris, multiple times. The attack occurred after Muhammad was reportedly sent home twice by Harris following performance issues.

Just two days before the fatal incident, Muhammad posted an emotional Instagram rant accusing Harris of being a “bully,” citing disrespectful behavior, favoritism, and even alleged racial remarks. In the video, she said, “She keeps sending me home early … that sh** isn’t funny … she’s a bully,”.

Authorities say Muhammad returned to the restaurant later wearing a mask, retrieved a kitchen knife from her vehicle, and carried out the attack. A customer intervened by firing a warning shot and helped restrain her until police arrived. Muhammad has since been arrested and faces charges including first‑degree premeditated murder and unlawful possession of a weapon. She is currently held on a $25 million bond.

This tragic event highlights the dangers of workplace tensions, and the importance of mental health support and conflict resolution in high-pressure environments.
