Meanwhile, 30% of Gen Z shoppers now use Google first before Amazon, tapping into AI and smart search features to scout smarter deals.

Environmentally aware too, sizable majorities say they want sustainable products - 62% choose eco-conscious brands and 73% are willing to pay extra . Thrifting is also booming - with 83% shopping second-hand locally, driven by inflation and planetary care.
