Forget resume tips - this is the new way people get hired!

Every year, millions of job seekers apply online and wait for a reply that never comes. The reason is simple: your resume is not always getting rejected - most of the time, it’s not even getting seen.

Top companies like Google, Stripe, and OpenAI receive 500–1000+ applications per job, and most resumes are filtered by Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) before a human ever reads them. So even a perfect resume can disappear into a digital black hole.

Today, candidates who get interviews don’t rely on “Apply” buttons - they build a system:
1. A visible LinkedIn presence
2. Targeted networking with hiring managers
3. Referral-based applications instead of cold submissions
4. A portfolio or proof-of-work instead of just a PDF

The game has changed. The question is not “How do I write a better resume?” but “How do I make a company want to talk to me before I even apply?”

The new hiring reality is clear: jobs go to people who stand out publicly, not people who wait silently in inbox queues.
