EMotorad has launched India’s first smart connected e-cycle, the T-Rex Smart, bringing a new wave of intelligent commuting to the country’s growing e-mobility market. The Pune-based brand has integrated Bluetooth and GPS connectivity directly into the bike, making it behave more like a “smart device” than a traditional electric cycle.

The T-Rex Smart is available in two variants: a Bluetooth-only model at ₹37,999 and a Bluetooth + GPS model at ₹45,999. Both versions sync with EMotorad’s AMIIGO NXT app, allowing users to monitor real-time trip data, route history, ride performance, and even safety alerts.

A major highlight is the safety suite: geofencing, theft alerts, child lock, remote immobilisation, and emergency SOS. These features turn the e-cycle into a secure, trackable, and family-friendly mobility option.

Under the hood, the cycle carries a 36V 250W rear-hub motor and a 36V 10.2Ah removable battery offering up to 50 km on pedal assist. It sports a high-tensile steel frame, 29-inch puncture-resistant tyres, mechanical disc brakes, and a Shimano 7-speed drivetrain.

With added utilities like metal mudguards, mirrors, mobile holder, pannier bag, and EMotorad’s Xcape Locksafe system, the T-Rex Smart is designed for daily urban use.

With this launch, EMotorad aims to redefine connected mobility in India, offering riders a smarter, safer, and more intuitive commuting experience.
