That insight led him to launch Kingdom of Chess, an EdTech platform from Udaipurthat has grown over tenfold and now trains learners across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE and more than 30 other markets worldwide.

Instead of beginning lessons with rules, the platform’s Story-First Method turns chess pieces into characters and strategic concepts into narratives that children — some as young as four — can emotionally connect with. This foundation makes complex planning and decision-making skills feel intuitive. As learners progress, AI-driven game analysis, interactive live sessions and support from FIDE-rated coaches and grandmasters add depth and challenge.

The startup has also gained institutional recognition: at the Innovation Day Startup Conclave in Rajasthan, it received an innovation grant for contributing to sports education technology and local employment generation.
