Tata Motors has officially revealed the production-ready Tata Sierra SUV, one of the most anticipated launches of this year. Although the SUV is scheduled to debut on November 25, several Tata dealers across India have already begun unofficial bookings. These early sign-ups reportedly start at ₹21,000 and help dealers record customer interest. The excitement is especially high among buyers nostalgic about the original 1990s Sierra, now returning in a modern avatar.

The new Sierra stands out with its bold, boxy design inspired by the classic model. It features connected LED headlights, DRLs, gloss-black panels and prominent “Sierra” lettering on the grille, giving it a rugged yet premium look. Inside, the SUV gets a tech-loaded cabin with three digital screens-a driver display and two infotainment units-capable of sharing content seamlessly. The steering wheel, similar to the Tata Curvv, features an illuminated logo and touch controls.

Passengers get a spacious five-seat layout in a dual-tone cabin, a large panoramic sunroof stretching to the C-pillar, and full 3-point seatbelts.

Under the hood, Tata will offer a new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine making around 170 hp, along with a 1.5-litre NA petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel option. This makes the Sierra versatile, modern, and ready to compete strongly in the SUV segment.
