Balochistan recorded 16 deaths, while Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir reported the remaining casualties.
In the last 24 hours alone, 14 deaths and 17 injuries were reported nationwide. Punjab authorities reported ongoing urban flooding, house collapses, and infrastructure damage.
Since the rains began, more than 1,250 homes have been damaged or destroyed, and over 300 livestock have died. Twelve bridges were also washed away or severely damaged.
NDMA and provincial agencies have conducted over 148 rescue operations, evacuating 1,777 people. The disaster has highlighted severe vulnerabilities in climate preparedness and warned of continued severe weather through July 26.
