Dream of a UK degree without leaving India? Delhi has an offer for you

The University of Southampton inaugurated its new Gurugram campus Wednesday, becoming the first international institution to open in India under the National Education Policy 2020. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan attended the launch of the UGC-licensed campus.

The Delhi-NCR facility will initially offer undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Business Management, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, and International Management. The first cohort of 150 students begins in August, with plans to enroll 5,000 students annually by 2035.

Students will receive the same globally recognized Southampton qualification as UK graduates. The campus features modern facilities including student hub, library, and IT laboratories, with industry partnerships including Deloitte India and Investec offering internships and placement opportunities.
