Want to finally remember what you study long-term? According to a learning guide from NDTV, three scientifically‐backed strategies make all the difference: 1. Learn it in chunks. Break large sets of information into smaller, manageable pieces - your brain prefers snack-sized bites over a feast of facts.
2. Space it out. Instead of one marathon study session, review the material after one day, then a week, then later. This spacing strengthens neural pathways and signals to your brain: this stuff matters.
3. Teach someone else. Explaining what you’ve learned forces your brain to organise and integrate it properly - turning raw info into meaningful knowledge. Add hand-writing notes (rather than typing) for an extra memory boost - writing physically helps the brain encode the information more deeply.
Apply these strategies consistently and you’ll shift from short-term cram to long-term mastery - studying smarter, not harder.
