Mindful eating-pausing to notice aroma, texture, and each bite-helps the brain register flavour more clearly. Even who we eat with, background sounds, and colours on the plate can boost satisfaction.

Understanding this mind-food connection allows us to improve our eating experience intentionally. By eating with awareness and managing distractions, we can make normal meals taste deeper, brighter, and more fulfilling.
