MCC Begins NEET UG 2025 Counselling

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially opened NEET UG 2025 Round 1 counselling registrations from July 21 to July 28, 2025, via the website mcc.nic.in. This centralized process covers 15 percent All India Quota (AIQ) seats, along with UG seats in central, deemed, ESIC, AFMC, AIIMS, and JIPMER institutions.

Candidates must register using their NEET roll number and password, pay the fee, then proceed to choice filling from July 22 to July 28, locking preferences by 11:55 pm on the same day. The seat allotment will be processed on July 29–30, with results declared on July 31.  Candidates allotted seats must report to their institutes from August 1 to 6.

This counselling applies to MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing programmes under various quotas. It is crucial for aspirants to keep required documents—NEET scorecard, admit card, class X/XII marksheets, category/domicile certificates, ID proof, and photos ready and to follow deadlines strictly.

Missing deadlines will result in losing chances in current and later rounds. Additional rounds—Round 2 (August), Round 3 (Mop-up), and Stray Vacancy—will follow to fill leftover seats.
