Master your Study hours: 7 Proven Time-Management tips!

Time management doesn’t have to be daunting - students can get more done and feel less stressed by adopting seven straightforward approaches. First, set clear goals by breaking big projects into smaller, daily-achievable tasks.
Then try the Pomodoro technique: study for 25 minutes, followed by a 5-minute break to keep your brain fresh. Use a planner or digital calendar to plan your day, scheduling study sessions, breaks and leisure time so you stick to a rhythm. Limit distractions - put your phone aside or enable focus apps so your attention stays on what matters.
Prioritize the hardest or most important tasks first: tackling them early builds momentum and combats procrastination. Don’t forget to take care of yourself - good sleep, hydration, and short breaks nurture a sharper mind. Finally, review & adjust your approach weekly: if something isn’t working, tweak your schedule - not your goals - to keep improving.
