Among the highlights is the “Edit with AI” feature, which helps transform raw camera roll footage into polished Shorts. This tool automatically adds transitions, music, captions, and even AI-generated voiceovers in English and Hindi—making video editing accessible for creators of all skill levels.

YouTube also introduced Speech-to-Song, an innovation that turns spoken words into musical tracks, potentially changing how creators add background audio to their content. Additionally, the Veo 3 Fast integration promises quicker, smoother video generation powered by advanced AI.

Another major announcement: since 2021, YouTube has paid more than $100 billion to creators, artists, and media companies—highlighting its growing role in the global creator economy.
