Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) 2025 has broken a Guinness World Record for the “most people registered on a citizen engagement platform in one month”, with over 35.3 million registrations between December 14, 2024 and January 14, 2025. The certificate was awarded to Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan by Rishi Nath, the official adjudicator.

Participation was not just in registration: the event saw viewership exceeding 210 million across media platforms. The government describes PPC as more than a dialogue—it has become a national approach to exams, transforming exam stress into a “festival of learning.” The participation reflects India’s push for inclusive education as part of its vision of a developed nation.
