In the latest India Rankings 2025, 10 colleges from Delhi University have earned spots within the nation’s top 20, underscoring DU’s academic prominence. Hindu College emerged as the frontrunner with a stellar score of 84.01, followed by Miranda House at 83.20.

Other notable institutions from DU securing top-ten positions include Hansraj College, Kirori Mal College, St. Stephen’s College, Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College, Sri Venkateswara College, Deshbandhu College, Lady Shri Ram College for Women, and Shri Ram College of Commerce.These rankings reflect excellence across key metrics such as teaching quality, research output, graduation outcomes, outreach, and perception - core criteria of the NIRF framework.

This dominance not only highlights DU’s consistency in delivering top-tier undergraduate education but also reinforces Delhi’s status as a national higher-education hub.
