In today’s fast-paced world, productivity often feels like the ultimate goal. We’re constantly hustling, checking off to-do lists, and pushing ourselves to the limit. But what if the key to true productivity wasn’t doing more, but doing less? Enter the art of doing nothing a concept that seems counterintuitive but is gaining recognition for its profound benefits.
