Doctors say do THESE tests every 6 months - even if nothing hurts!

Feeling healthy doesn’t always mean your body is actually healthy. Many serious problems develop silently, without pain or visible symptoms. That’s why doctors recommend doing a few basic health tests every six months to catch issues early and stay in control of your wellbeing.

The first important test is HbA1c, which shows your average blood sugar level over the last three months. It helps detect diabetes early. Next is the Liver Function Test (LFT), which checks how well your liver is working and whether it’s under stress due to lifestyle or medications.

The Kidney Function Test (KFT) helps track how efficiently your kidneys are filtering waste. A Lipid Profile is equally important, as it measures cholesterol levels and indicates heart disease risk.

Two commonly ignored but critical tests are Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3. Low B12 can cause fatigue and nerve issues, while low vitamin D affects immunity, bones, and mood.

Many people feel “normal” despite internal imbalances. These simple tests act like an early warning system, helping you fix problems through diet, exercise, or timely treatment - before they turn serious.
