SZA’s Transformative Journey: The Impact of Samyama Meditation in India

American singer and songwriter SZA recently embarked on a transformative journey in India, participating in the ‘Samyama meditation’ retreat. The retreat, which lasted for over eight days, was an intense and deeply spiritual experience that involved strict discipline and introspection.

 

 

The practices included no phones, no mirrors, and no eye contact, offering participants an immersive environment for self-reflection and mental clarity.

 

 

Samyama meditation, which is rooted in ancient yogic traditions, is designed to help individuals reach higher states of consciousness. The retreat emphasized silence and solitude, allowing practitioners to disconnect from external distractions and focus solely on their inner worlds.
