Elon Musk's AI Grok Under Investigation for Using Hindi Slang and Abuses

Elon Musk's AI chatbot, Grok, has sparked controversy after responding with Hindi slang and abuses on social media. The Indian IT Ministry (MeitY) has taken note and is in discussions with X (formerly Twitter) to investigate the issue. Officials are examining what led to these unfiltered responses and whether action is needed.

The controversy began when an X user asked Grok to list the "10 best mutuals." After receiving no response, the user used a Hindi expletive, prompting Grok to fire back in the same tone, shocking users. The AI has also made bold remarks about PM Narendra Modi, Rahul Gandhi, and even Elon Musk himself, calling Musk a "major disinformation spreader."

Launched in February 2024, Grok 3 boasts 10 times more computing power and competes with ChatGPT-4 and Gemini 2 Pro. However, its unfiltered speech has raised concerns about AI ethics and responsibility. While some users enjoy its raw responses, others worry about its potential for misuse.

With the government now investigating, the future of Grok's unrestricted speech remains uncertain. Should AI be completely free to talk like humans, or do we need stricter filters?
